Professor Lionel Popkin had invited artists and scholars to contribute to a special Issue which he had brilliantly edited, exploring ‘the myriad of movement practices in the South Asian diaspora, with a particular focus on experimental arts practices in what we now call the United States.’

I was honored to be invited to contribute an article about my work as a diasporic artist, making work in North America.
