ENGAGING SENIORS IN DANCE- MOONHORSE DANCE THEATRE - May /Nov 2023

It’s always a pleasure to be invited by Moonhorse Dance Theatre to share my teaching. I had the pleasure to work with some wonderful seniors on meditative, somatic, and multi-tasking choreographic strategies, accentuating the breadth, hands, feet, and face.
